We offer several accommodation options suited to your needs and comfort. You can choose from the following room types:

  • Single room for 1 person: €525
  • Double room for 2 people: €460 (per person)
  • Shared room with 3 or 4 beds: €440 (per person)

🇫🇷 For technical reasons, the form is only available in French, with a partial translation into English. However, you can fully translate it using your browser's translation tool.

🗓 We only cover the period from June 6 to June 9. If you wish to book additional nights, please contact l’hôtel CIS-PARIS-RAVEL directly.

Detailed Registration Instructions

Registration consists of 5 steps.

1. Step One: Choosing a Rate

📌 Prices are per ONE person and include:

  • All meals from Friday evening to Monday lunch.
  • 3 nights from June 6 to June 9.
  • All venue rentals and services (rooms, breaks, IT...).

👉 What to do?
  1. Select the number of participants for the chosen rate.
  2. If the rate is flexible, enter the amount you wish to contribute (the total will be calculated automatically).
  3. Click on 'Order' to proceed to the next step.

📝 Special Cases

A flexible rate (minimum €60) is available for:

  • Companions who are not attending the conference.
  • People wishing to pay a deposit to reserve their spot.
  • Other special cases.

2. Second Step: Participant Information

Fill in the required (*) information for each participant.

3. Third Step: Payer Information
You can ignore the fields Payer en tant qu'organisme (for institutions) and J'ai déjà un compte HelloAsso : je me connecte (for users with a HelloAsso account).

Verify/enter the details for confirmation and billing.

Make sure to confirm your email address.

4. Fourth Step: Summary
By default, Hello Asso adds a donation to support their platform: Votre contribution à HelloAsso. You can modify or remove it by clicking on Modifier ma contribution (edit my donation). Fourth step: before picking Hello Asso support
Then, you can set the amount to €0 and select je ne souhaite pas soutenir aujourd'hui (opt out of donation). Fourth step: picking Hello Asso support
Check the box J'accepte les Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (accept the terms of use) and click on Payer (proceed to payment). Fourth step: after picking Hello Asso support
5. Fifth Step: Payment

Enter your banking information and confirm the transaction.

🎉 Congratulations! Your registration is complete. You will receive your tickets via email once your payment is confirmed.

Instructions for payments by bank transfer or check
  1. Choose the 'Custom Amount' option with €0 as the price (no other option with an amount greater than €0). This prevents being redirected to a credit card payment.
  2. Indicate the total number of participants to correctly fill in the information for each person.
  3. Calculate the total amount to pay yourself:
    • €525 × number of people for a single room.
    • €460 × number of people (per pair) for a double room.

The reservation will be validated only after receiving the transfer or check.
