This conference aims to be European; we will do our best to break the language barrier to create a true sense of brotherhood because:

This is why volunteer readers will serve as translators in the following languages: English, Spanish, Russian, and Esperanto.
We recommend downloading the 'Microsoft Translator' app on your smartphone.
It allows you to converse or follow a talk in 70 languages. You may use it during the conferences with earphones.
The languages used in casual conversations are French and English.
The 4 presentations are in French and English but are translated into Portuguese, German, and Polish in the kit provided.
We will do our best to ensure that a translator is present in each workshop following the presentations.

You will be welcomed on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 2 PM by our small team of multilingual volunteers. They will provide your badge, a participant kit, and your room key, and assist you in navigating the hotel if needed.
Rooms will only be available from 4 PM on Friday.
Keys must be returned, and rooms vacated by 10 AM on Monday morning.
A room will be reserved for luggage storage near the hotel entrance.
Monday lunch is not included in the hotel service.
